Freedom - Memorial Day

Remembering those we love who have passed on is a great tribute to who they were and what they taught us. I am also thankful for those whom I do not know who have died for me. Freedom is not Free. America - Land of the Free because of the Brave. Have a great Memorial Day weekend - hopefully spending it with loved ones.

It's beginning to look a lot like....

CHRISTMAS! Yep, this morning we woke up to snow - it is May 24, 2010! You wouldn't know it was almost summer vacation. The big white snow flakes are what every kid dreams about Christmas morning. So beautiful...but hello Mother Nature - we are ready for SUMMER!!!

Hanging Jar Lantern

I found this very cute craft called Hanging Jar Lanterns. They are so cute. Now, I just need to find a place I could put them in my yard so I would have an excuse to make them. Would be fun to make at a summer camp of some kind.
