Carl's home!

Yes, Carl is home for good - well, until he gets a job where he is on 7 days/off 7 days. But one week without the love of my life home...I can handle that! Better than him being home only a few days every few months. So, Carl is going through a little bit of culture shock with all this information of things that have happened in the past few months from the kids, but he is doing fine. It is great to wake up next to him in the morning. What a great site he is. So glad he is home. And I am SOOOO excited to have him with me in the Oakland temple next weekend for my brother's wedding. What a fun little get away this will be. Glad he is home!!!

Medical Advice Part #2

Ok all you worry warts!! I did go to a doctor. I got diagnosed with a low thyroid (runs in my family). BUT - not related to the side pain - that was diagnosed as a side pain. No real cause. They did all kinds of lab work on my blood and other bodily fluids and nothing! So, my side ache is just that a side ache...for now. I was instructed that if it gets worse and/or more painful to come back in to see the Doc. So, for now, I am on some dumb medicine for thyroid. All those who know me know that it takes a *really* bad headache to even get me to take a Tylenol, so this is a big stretch for me. I am glad that Carl was there with me today to talk to the doctor because he convinced me to try the thyroid medicine. Love you Babe! So, all is well.....for now.
And no - I DO NOT have cancer - which I could have sworn it was. HEHE :-)

Hunter's Kindergarten Graduation

Well, today finally came. My youngest son graduated from Kindergarten. I can hardly believe it. Come fall - I will have a whole day alone. Can it really be? Yes sir-re!

His graduation ceremony was so cute - little songs, cute funny faces - and the best was when each child told us what they wanted to be when they grew up. There were the typical answers - cop, fire man (lots of these!), teacher, doctor, etc... But my favorites were those kids who wanted to be a: Vegetable, Clock, Ventist, and Transformer. Hunter wants to be a Jet Pilot - I'll have to let him get to know President Uchtdorf really well.

Fun day for Hunter - now it is officially SUMMER!!!!
